We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing. If a package is refused or unable to be delivered, we can re-send it, but the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for undeliverable packages; they must be re-delivered.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package as it makes its way to you.
