All of our jewelry is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail. Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 6 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday) before it is ready for dispatch. We appreciate your patience as we create your custom piece.

We are pleased to offer **free shipping** on all domestic orders within the United States. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey to you.

For our international customers, please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply to your order. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing. If a package is refused or unable to be delivered, we can re-send it, but the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for undeliverable packages; they must be re-delivered.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package as it makes its way to you.
