- If we do not receive the item within 30 days of your initial delivery, we will no longer be able to accept the return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
**Items not eligible for return or exchange:**
- Personalized items: Including initial jewelry, name jewelry, and engraved pieces.
- Custom orders: Any jewelry made to your specific requirements.
- Adjustable length items: Such as bracelets or necklaces with extensions.
- Diamond eternity rings: These are only eligible for exchange due to their nature
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24hours without incurring any fees. Beyond this timeframe, a 30% restocking fee is applicable. This fee compensates for the materials and labor committed to your handmade item. We value your understanding as mid-production cancellations impact our small business.

We gladly accept exchanges. To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

- Return the Item:** Ship the item you wish to exchange to our workshop within 30 days of delivery.
- Processing the Exchange:** Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will promptly send you the replacement item.
